Groundwork

Every 4 weeks

  • This package is best for people who are just getting started and want to lay the ground work for their fitness (hence the name “Groundwork”)

    It would also work great for more experienced gym-goers who don’t require any extra guidance.

    Every client who starts with Ready Set gets a 60 minute onboarding call so that so that we can go over goal-setting, expectations, and an assessment.

    Your Custom Workout Program is updated every 4 weeks.

    You will also get a monthly check-in video, sent via email where we will go over all of your workout and health data.

    When it comes to nutrition, you will be sent guides and worksheets that you can easily customize to your own goals and needs.

    If you feel like you would benefit from more direct contact and support, the other packages may be better-suited for your needs.

For people who prefer more regular communication and faster response time from their coach.

  • This package is best for people who are looking for more structure, accountability and are “results-oriented”.

    It would also work great for more experienced gym-goers who want that little extra push.

    Every client who starts with Ready Set gets a 60 minute onboarding call so that so that we can go over goal-setting, expectations, and an assessment.

    We use that to build your 4 Week Custom Workout Program is updated weekly (when necessary).

    You will also have the option for coaching calls every 2 weeks. These are optional, but highly encouraged.

    Each month you will receive a Progress Recap where we go over all your wins and where we need to make adjustments.

    For your nutrition needs, you will be given the option to follow a more general structure or specific calorie and macronutrient targets to hit your goals.

    You can also send your coach 1 video per workout for feedback via Whatsapp.

    If you feel like you would benefit from more direct contact and support, the other packages may be better-suited for your needs.

For people who are ready to go all-in, looking for huge results and physical change.

    It would also work great for more experienced gym-goers who are looking for a higher-level look at their health and fitness.

    Every client who starts with Ready Set gets a 60 minute onboarding call so that so that we can go over goal-setting, expectations, and an assessment.

    You will also have the option for coaching calls every week. These are optional, but highly encouraged.

    For your nutrition needs, you will be given the option to follow a more general structure or specific calorie and macronutrient targets to hit your goals, as well as meal planning.

    You can also send your coach unlimited videos for feedback, to which he will respond to in less than 2 hours.

FAQs

  • YES! Well, maybe, but usually YES.  As long as you’re cleared for exercise by your doctor/physiotherapist/chiropractor, you can and should absolutely train! A lot of the benefits of rehab exercises prescribed by a medical health professional can be baked into your training program.  With the added benefit of you feeling stronger than you ever did before. Being out of pain is great, but it should not be the baseline.

  • Most people might see this as a way to quickly make easy money when people fall off or lose motivation.  This is an incentive tool to keep you on track. 

    Additionally, any program that promises results in less time than 12 weeks, is being dishonest, or is selling something that is not sustainable.  16 weeks was chosen, because if 12 weeks is roughly the minimum requirement for results, an additional 4 weeks will provide you the time and practice needed to really see the progress you’re looking for and sustain it! 

  • Weight training is the only way to get bulky. The road to getting the bulky look is a very long one. Years. So yes, it can make you bulky. Will training 2-3 times per week get you “bulky”, not likely.

  • No. Unless you’re a high level athlete, nutrient timing doesn’t really play very much of a role.

  • Unfortunately, no. What I offer isn’t really based off what I can do in a single session. Making a change takes time. Most people don’t feel or see the benefits of weight training until the 5th or 6th week. So with that in mind I don’t offer single personal training sessions. Feel free to book a massage and I’m happy to discuss any questions you might have during the session.

  • My rates are listed above. These rates are based on my experience and my current demand.

  • I do! Depending on the number of people (max 4) and location, we can come to agreement on a price.
