Lauren - Age 27

Just, never in a million years did I think I’d be brave enough to become a regular gym-goer. 

Before I could barely get through 20 mins on the treadmill before running out of the gym with an anxiety attack. Now I’m using all the heavy-lifting equipment and feeling confident in myself to be there, do it, and not feel like an imposter. 

Thanks to you, I’ve learned the good solid foundations of form and built up some strength from the home workouts that REALLY made all the difference in transitioning to the gym. I don’t feel lost, helpless or overwhelmed! 


It’s a wild feeling - so thank you so so much for everything you’ve taught me and for working with me! :)
