Foundations walks you through everything you need to get started:

  • Mobility Warmups to help you feel more mobile and flexible

  • Simple instructions that show you how to perform exercises, but more importantly what not to do during that exercise

  • How many sets, reps, and how long to rest

  • How much weight to start with

  • Detailed videos explaining each exercise
